In all our operations (laboratory, inspection, certification), Top management of BESPL is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of our customers, vendors, suppliers and partners. All information disclosed and indicated as confidential will be kept as such. BESPL will only use this information to facilitate our business transaction, and for communication purposes (email, telephone, etc) where required.

Top management of BESPL will not disclose such information to third parties, unless prior agreement has been provided, from clients, customers and/or other related parties.

Confidential Information refers to all technical and non-technical information, including documentation, drawings, plans,  specifications, policies, procedures, operational and business secrets, customer data, findings and results/reports deriving from tests, methods, formulas; and any other materials provided to BESPL .

All our personnel are aware that the requirement for confidentiality is to be maintained at all times.

Bolster Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is the legal entity responsible for inspection and certification activities; reference to BESPL in this Policy and Public Statement refers to this legal entity

BESPL – Inspection Department is a department in the above legal entity responsible for inspection and certification activities. BESPL, its Top Management, Staff and Subcontractors fully understand the importance of impartiality in undertaking its Inspection and certification activities. BESPL will therefore ensure that, in all its dealings with clients / applicants / candidates / certified persons or potential clients, all employees or other personnel are and will remain impartial. To ensure that impartiality is both maintained and can be demonstrated the following principles have been established.

• Inspection report is issued only after approval of authorized person, to ensure that no interest shall predominate.
• Certificate to the certified person is issued only after approval of authorized person, to ensure that no interest shall predominate.
• BESPL does not have (and will not form) any relationships with companies who manufactures the product under inspection or testing or provides other services that can be construed as having an impact on the inspection and certification activities provided by BESPL. Any proposed relationship between BESPL and any other company will undergo a risk assessment by the Top Management for Impartiality prior to that relationship being formalized. Any current relationships with companies, organizations and individuals will be assessed on a regular basis to ensure that the relationship does not impact upon the impartiality of the inspection and certification activities.
• Individuals employed by or otherwise contracted to BESPL are required to document and record their current and past relationships with all manufacturers / testing laboratories / others, where there are chances of conflict of interest considering the nature of activities. Any situation past or present, which may present a potential conflict of interest, is required by BESPL to be declared. BESPL will use the information to identify any threats to impartiality and will not use that individual in any capacity unless they can demonstrate that there is no conflict of interest.
