Quality Objective

 

  1. Implement and maintain an ISO17020 & ISO 9001 compliant QMS.
  2. Increase in Customer satisfaction rating greater than 95%.
  3. Reduce project delays past target date by 20%.
  4. Reduce the Customer complaint to 5%.
  5. Introduce new technology at least 1 per year.
  6. Establish the level of the Certifying Body performance.
  7. Make test method changes to improve performance where applicable.
  8. Ensure that all personnel are trained to a level of familiarity with the quality management system appropriate to the individual’s degree of responsibility.
  9. Establish and report on quality improvements.
