Objective: |
The purpose of the expediting and audit service is to ensure the delivery of purchased goods to a pre-determined and promised delivery schedule or critical path network. It is the task of the BES Team to detect and analyze the areas, which might cause or entail delays.
We offer a broad range of Supply Chain related services to assist engineers, contractors and constructors. As part of the Supply Chain, expediting is performed to supervise delivery timing and schedules.
The expeditor must obtain or reaffirm delivery promises from suppliers, must fully investigate all aspects of the suppliers scheduling which are evidence of the practicality of achieving such promises and must physically check progress of all functions of the suppliers operations being engineering, procurement, production and shipping departments. |

Verification and monitoring of manufacturing activities with respect to schedule.

Expediting with suppliers on delayed activities with respect to schedule and communicated priorities

Co-ordination with suppliers on compression of schedule if required.

Coordination with client for inspection requirement at supplier end

Ensuring the compliance of the items beign inspected as per the requirement of client.
